The Canterbury Quakes are the heart and soul of Handball in Canterbury. The Quakes have opportunities for male and female players of all abilities.

The Canterbury Quakes Handball Club trains at the Ara (formerly Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology (CPIT)) gym – “Whareora” every Tuesday night.

7.00-8.30pm: Women’s and beginners training

8.30-10.00pm: Men’s training
